Movies & TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

No Hosted Media

We do not host any films, TV shows, or streaming video. All catalog metadata (titles, posters, descriptions, cast) is retrieved from The Movie Database (TMDB), and trailers are embedded from YouTube. If you believe TMDB or YouTube is hosting infringing content, please file your notice directly with the appropriate platform.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content displayed on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing the following to dmca@xnxxusa.xyz:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers will be terminated.

Response Time

We review all valid DMCA notices and typically respond within 48–72 hours.
