Ten years ago, in order to snatch the mysterious treasure left by Dashing King Li Zicheng, the wicked designed a decisive battle between the hero Miao Renfeng and the treasure guardian Hu. Hu and Miao died tragically, but the treasure map disappeared. In ten years, they have never given up the search for treasure. Finally, the treasure map reappeared, and the eight evil men gathered together and set off to Feihu Mountain.

The bare minimum for a fantasy martial arts film. It's 90% action and played completely serious. You won't find any silly slapstick humor which is a huge plus in my opinion. In terms of story it's passable; villains look for a treasure and fight each other. The fight choreography is "ok" but only because standards have fallen so much in the last decade. Way too many jump cuts and slow motion make some scenes…
