The Content of the Dvd (Ntsc/Region 0) is Drawn from the Concert Footage Shot During the European Tour of 2006 and Directed by Mike Sergeant, Combined with Behind-the-scenes and On-the-road Footage Shot by Various Teams Along the Way and also Incorporating Some 'amateur' Footage Shot by the Band And/Or Katie Herself. Mike and the 13 Camera Outside Broadcast Unit Recorded Two Concerts During the Tour, One in Amsterdam and One in Dusseldorf.
