Dr. Sukanya is an accomplished, well trained doctor. She refuses Dr. Arvind’s marriage proposal, after learning his bad intentions. Ambujamma, a woman with a wrong intuition about girl child, trusts astrologer more than anyone, forces her daughter-in-law to get aborted from her pregnancy. Anand, son of Ambujamma and his wife Sarala are expecting a baby are forced to check if the fetus is male or female.
