Fun movie, dark fantasy/adventure comedy thing with some fun Halloween vibes. Felt a bit like a classic 90s DCOM but more scary. Funny cast. Cool retro sounding soundtrack. Practical effects for the most part.

Favorite movie of 2025, definitely going to be a yearly watch at Halloween time. It's spooky but funny all the way through, and surprisingly heartfelt and emotional. Great watch for the family (not for toddlers, but great for 8+) or a friend group having a movie night.
