MIR Synopsis
In this work, I captured a fleeting moment from an ordinary day spent at a retreat with students, bringing forth a video space in extreme slow motion at 1/128 of real-time speed. This moment, which passes by without being perceived by the body, exists in the space between fantasy and reality.
MIR (2004) is a film directed by Kawaguchi Hajime, released on January 1, 2004 with a runtime of 12m.
