I've heard about this film (and series) over the years and having finally watched it, it's quite dull. There's not much of a story here and that's not too surprising but even the erotism was not enough to carry through the 92-minute running time and as for Sylvia Kristel as Emmanuelle, she was okay I guess. I at least wanted to be entertained by this 1970s erotic drama and found myself bored. **2.0/5**

Rated 0 out of 10, obviously. Emmanuelle (1974) is not erotica as advertised. It's degenerate trash. The film features two beautiful women, Emmanuelle (Sylvia Kristel) and Bee (Marika Green), but only in a few, brief normal eroric scenes. The other 90% of the movie is degenerate trash.
