Genuinely one of the worst live actions I've ever seen. It looks like an old JAV with that quality, the only time the guro looked realistic was when Mai's hand gets stabbed. Otherwise, you can tell it's props. Especially when Mai gets her eye ripped out, it looks like a Japanese silicone sex doll. The live action strayed so far away from the original.
