Don't mind me if I give this top marks. It's a Mexican Video Nasty about a kid who gets a heart transplant from an ape, and then turns into an ape man that goes terrorizing women. But then he gets another heart transplant from a female professional wrestler.... and then is still an ape man on the prowl terrorizing women but this time he's wearing what looks like pink silk pajama bottoms.
