Kingdom of Jamkard, ancient Persia. I've not heard of this epic tale before. The story feels kind of universal. So much power and the struggle to obtain more, at the cost of everyone else's rights to be free and live a productive and prosperous life. I'd like to know more about Persian literature, specifically Ferdowsi's epic poem "The Book of Kings."
