In the Republic of Congo, Michel is preparing for his baccalaureate when his brother discovers his homosexuality. Their father, a very religious man, immediately drives him out of the family home. Now on his own, Michel turns to members of the sexual and gender minority community, who take him in and do all they can to support him in this ordeal.

Admirable message, underwhelming movie. Always good to see a film tackle real life issues and portray positivity within them, <em>'Michel-le-s'</em> undoubtedly has its heart in the right place and means only the best.
