Based on the radio serial El pequeño Lord by Olga Ruilópez, it was adapted for television by Lourdes Barrios, Georgina Tinoco, and Dolores Ortega. The telenovela stars Imanol Landeta, Natalia Esperón, and Enrique Ibáñez. The story follows Felipín, a young boy who survives a shipwreck while traveling to reunite with his father, the wealthy Duke of Oriol.
