A talented doctor travels over 150 years back in time to when the powerful Joseon dynasty ruled over Korea, and uses his skills to save lives in this intriguing fantasy drama. Reminds me of some cheap isekai anime. Executed as a one and equally as garbage. Terrible writing from the get go. Poor storytelling and structure. Painfully underutilizing the generous long runtime.
