Karat leaves town to get away from the mess that is her life and goes to a beach house to escape society. She starts drinking heavily and contemplates suicide. Then she meets Phisut, a true gentleman from a distinguished family. Phisut has old-fashioned values, is quiet and reserved, yet he appeals to the outgoing Karat. She starts to pursue him, and it helps her get out of her depression.
