In the heart of Bangkok, a spiritual master, Ajarn neng, has spent decades passing down the ancient tradition of Sak Yant, where sacred tattoos are believed to offer protection, strength, and a connection to the unseen. Around him, disciples devote their lives to preserving a practice rooted in faith and ritual. Over seven years, an outsider slowly becomes part of their world, discovering what it means to believe, to belong, and to carry a tradition beyond the skin.
