Created by Jorge Patiño, with the participation of José Antonio Olvera, the telenovela stars Jacqueline Andere, Rogelio Guerra, and Alfonso Iturralde. The story follows Rocío Díaz de León, a cardiologist who loses her husband Augusto shortly after their wedding during a tragic robbery.
