Chompy & The Girls is a big surprise, in a good way. If you have watched the trailer, you'll probably expect yet another jump scare movie or a story loosely inspired by Michael Myers (Halloween), but it's much better than that. Absurdist cinema is a lot of fun and this movie clearly fits into that category. It's made on a fairly low budget and sometimes that shows more than I think the producers would have liked. But overall it looks really decent and the cast does what it can with the material that it is given. Sometimes the plot becomes a bit too entangled and almost incomprehensible. But overall this is a fun watch.
